Training

Sessions built around how you actually train.

Every plan starts with the same conversation about your goals — the only thing that changes is the format of the sessions and how you pay for them.

Session types

1:1 Coaching

Fully individual programming and full attention for the whole session. The default choice if you're training toward something specific or coming back from an injury.

Small-Group Training

Two to four clients, one coach, shared time slots. Individual programming within the group — you're not doing the same workout as everyone else, just sharing the room.

Remote Programming

For clients who want the plan and the check-ins without a session on-site — a program built and adjusted around you, coached asynchronously.

Three ways to pay

All three run alongside each other, and you can move between them as your schedule changes — a membership pauses cleanly into a session pack during a busy month, for instance. Every price below is a placeholder in brackets; they need the studio's real numbers before this page goes live.

Membership

Ongoing, predictable, best if you train regularly

[MEMBERSHIP PRICE] / month

A recurring monthly plan that includes a set number of sessions — or unlimited, depending on the tier. Bills automatically each month and renews until you pause or cancel it. The simplest option if training is a standing part of your week.

Session Pack

Prepaid block, best if your schedule varies

[PACK PRICE] for a block of [PACK SIZE] sessions

Buy a block of sessions up front and use them at your own pace. Each session you attend draws one credit from your balance — no rebilling, no surprise charges, and you can always see how many you have left.

Pay-Per-Session

No commitment, best for occasional training

[SESSION PRICE] / session

Book and pay for a single session at a time, charged when you book. The most flexible option and the easiest way to try the studio before committing to a membership or a pack.
